- "Balance" or "Wallet" means the BDT funds held within a Player's ace 44 account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds (which are subject to separate wagering conditions).

2.2 Player Eligibility Criteria
In addition to the minimum age requirement, to be eligible to register and maintain an account on ace 44 you must:

3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
To use ace 44, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to update your registered information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on ace 44. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — are strictly prohibited. ace 44 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts associated with the individual will be permanently closed and any outstanding balances, including winnings, will be forfeited. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts are void.
3.3 KYC Verification
ace 44 applies a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before approving any withdrawal request. During KYC, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:
- A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number)

3.4 Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ace 44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

Payment methods available at the time of deposit must match the method used for withdrawal. ace 44 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Payments via third-party accounts or on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum single deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit under these Terms, though individual payment method providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may impose their own transaction limits in accordance with their own service conditions. ace 44 is not responsible for transaction failures caused by payment provider-side limits. Players may also set personal deposit limits via account settings as part of the Responsible Gaming toolkit.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
- KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified real-money balance in your account. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met in full.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the compliance team approves an alternative in writing.
- Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours. All other withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours may be processed on the next business day.
- ace 44 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional identity or payment verification checks if unusual account activity is detected.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on ace 44 — deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals — are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency conversions are applied. No cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals are accepted.
Transaction Security: All payment transactions on ace 44 are processed over encrypted connections. ace 44 does not store full card details on its servers. If you experience a transaction failure, do not attempt the same deposit multiple times without first confirming with your payment provider that the initial attempt was unsuccessful.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
All bonuses offered by ace 44 — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions — are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.
5.2 Welcome Bonus
New Players who make their first qualifying deposit on ace 44 are eligible to receive a 150% first-deposit welcome bonus up to ৳30,000. The welcome bonus is applied automatically — no promotional code is required. The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳500. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Players who have previously held an account on ace 44 are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a second or subsequent registration.
5.3 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified:
- Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus amounts expire at the end of this period.

- The maximum stake that counts toward wagering requirements while a bonus is active is ৳2,000 per round or bet, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise. Stakes above this threshold do not count toward wagering completion and do not generate withdrawable winnings from Bonus Funds.
- ace 44 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has employed irregular betting patterns, low-risk betting strategies, or systematic play designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than to play recreationally.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
ace 44 monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts, using matched betting or arbitrage strategies to eliminate risk while clearing wagering requirements, colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering volume, and exploiting technical errors or misconfigured odds. Where bonus abuse is detected, ace 44 reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus Funds, reverse any winnings generated using Bonus Funds, and suspend or permanently close the associated account.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Game Providers and RNG Certification
ace 44 operates as a platform aggregator, offering games supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Jili, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each provider is responsible for the rules, payout structures, and RNG integrity of the games they supply. Game results are generated by certified random number generators that have been independently tested for fairness. 6.2 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

7.3 Responsible Self-Reporting

8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by ace 44
ace 44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Detection of duplicate account activity, bonus abuse, or fraudulent payment behaviour.
- Suspicion of money laundering or other criminal activity associated with the account.
- Receipt of a valid legal order from a court or regulatory authority requiring account restriction.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ace 44 is entitled to withhold and forfeit the account balance, including both real-money and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the severity of the breach.
8.2 Voluntary Closure by Player
You may close your ace 44 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] from your registered email address. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard KYC checks. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding Bonus Fund wagering obligations. 8.3 Self-Exclusion

8.4 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ace 44 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administrative fee of ৳200 per month to inactive account balances after the 12-month threshold, provided that the balance at the time of inactivity designation is sufficient to cover the fee. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be permanently closed without further notice.
Amendments to These Terms
ace 44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Players will be notified by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace 44's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ace 44 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in Bangladesh.
