ace 44 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Terms defined in the singular include the plural and vice versa where the context requires.

• "Platform" means the ace 44 website accessible at https://ace-44.net, including all game categories, the cashier, account management tools, and customer support functions.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the Platform and is using it in compliance with these Terms.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification on ace 44.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the BDT funds held within a Player's ace 44 account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds (which are subject to separate wagering conditions).
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on a game outcome or sports market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, welcome bonus amounts, or reload bonus credits applied to a Player's account. Bonus Funds are subject to the Bonus Terms in Section 5.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process ace 44 applies to confirm a Player's age, identity, and payment method ownership before approving withdrawal requests.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to real-money online gambling is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of ace 44 is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of ace 44, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, network outages, payment infrastructure failures, or cyber-attacks, which prevents ace 44 from fulfilling its obligations under these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

Access to ace 44 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. ace 44 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend account access pending verification. Any account confirmed to be held by a person under 18 will be permanently closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where required.

2.2 Player Eligibility Criteria

In addition to the minimum age requirement, to be eligible to register and maintain an account on ace 44 you must:

• Be acting as a private individual, not on behalf of a commercial entity, in your use of the Platform for recreational gaming purposes.
• Not be resident in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an ace 44 employee, game provider, or payment partner — unless separate written authorisation has been granted.
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order on ace 44 or on any other gaming platform where a cross-platform exclusion may apply.
• Be the sole owner and authorised user of the payment method(s) used to fund your account.

2.3 Geographic Availability

ace 44 is designed and marketed for players in Bangladesh. While access from other locations is not technically prevented, players outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with local law. ace 44 makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited should not register an account.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use ace 44, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to update your registered information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on ace 44. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — are strictly prohibited. ace 44 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts associated with the individual will be permanently closed and any outstanding balances, including winnings, will be forfeited. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts are void.

3.3 KYC Verification

ace 44 applies a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before approving any withdrawal request. During KYC, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number)
• A selfie holding your photo ID, taken on request from the compliance team

Failure to complete KYC within the time period specified in the verification request will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until documentation is received. ace 44 will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or rejected KYC submissions.

3.4 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ace 44 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ace 44 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ace 44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

Payment methods available at the time of deposit must match the method used for withdrawal. ace 44 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Payments via third-party accounts or on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit under these Terms, though individual payment method providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may impose their own transaction limits in accordance with their own service conditions. ace 44 is not responsible for transaction failures caused by payment provider-side limits. Players may also set personal deposit limits via account settings as part of the Responsible Gaming toolkit.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified real-money balance in your account. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met in full.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the compliance team approves an alternative in writing.
• Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours. All other withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours may be processed on the next business day.
• ace 44 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional identity or payment verification checks if unusual account activity is detected.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on ace 44 — deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals — are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency conversions are applied. No cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals are accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses offered by ace 44 — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions — are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players who make their first qualifying deposit on ace 44 are eligible to receive a 150% first-deposit welcome bonus up to ৳30,000. The welcome bonus is applied automatically — no promotional code is required. The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳500. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Players who have previously held an account on ace 44 are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a second or subsequent registration.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus amounts expire at the end of this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates (10%–50%) or zero. Game contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• The maximum stake that counts toward wagering requirements while a bonus is active is ৳2,000 per round or bet, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise. Stakes above this threshold do not count toward wagering completion and do not generate withdrawable winnings from Bonus Funds.
• ace 44 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has employed irregular betting patterns, low-risk betting strategies, or systematic play designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than to play recreationally.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ace 44 monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts, using matched betting or arbitrage strategies to eliminate risk while clearing wagering requirements, colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering volume, and exploiting technical errors or misconfigured odds. Where bonus abuse is detected, ace 44 reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus Funds, reverse any winnings generated using Bonus Funds, and suspend or permanently close the associated account.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Providers and RNG Certification

ace 44 operates as a platform aggregator, offering games supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Jili, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each provider is responsible for the rules, payout structures, and RNG integrity of the games they supply. Game results are generated by certified random number generators that have been independently tested for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the provider and is available in the game's information panel.

6.2 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, communication failure, or software defect that results in a game round being interrupted or a wager being placed incorrectly, ace 44 reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and refund the stake to the Player's account. ace 44 is not liable for winnings generated during a period of technical malfunction where the game outcome was materially affected by the error. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 6.3 Sports Betting Market Rules

Sports betting markets on ace 44 are governed by standard market rules as defined by the relevant game provider and displayed within the sportsbook section. Key principles include:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) after the conclusion of the event.
• In-play bets placed after an outcome has been determined — due to data feed delays — are void and the stake is returned.
• For cricket markets: if an event is abandoned or significantly reduced in overs (to fewer than the minimum required by the relevant competition rules), all affected markets are voided unless the governing body has issued an official result.
• ace 44 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous or mispriced odds, provided that the error is identified and communicated to the Player within 24 hours of bet placement.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use ace 44 solely for lawful recreational gaming purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could cause harm to other Players, to ace 44, or to third parties. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Platform.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ace 44 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or facilitate any other criminal activity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place wagers, scrape data, or interfere with the Platform's normal operation.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing mistakes in a systematic manner rather than reporting them to ace 44.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or using stolen, compromised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account-level restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ace 44 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.

7.3 Responsible Self-Reporting

If you become aware that you no longer meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2, including but not limited to reaching self-exclusion status on another platform, you are obligated to self-exclude from ace 44 immediately and notify the support team. ace 44 provides self-exclusion and account restriction tools — see the Responsible Gaming page for full details.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by ace 44

ace 44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Detection of duplicate account activity, bonus abuse, or fraudulent payment behaviour.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a court or regulatory authority requiring account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ace 44 is entitled to withhold and forfeit the account balance, including both real-money and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the severity of the breach.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may close your ace 44 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] from your registered email address. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard KYC checks. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding Bonus Fund wagering obligations. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, access to the Platform is blocked and no promotional communications will be sent to the excluded account. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated. 8.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ace 44 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administrative fee of ৳200 per month to inactive account balances after the 12-month threshold, provided that the balance at the time of inactivity designation is sufficient to cover the fee. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be permanently closed without further notice.

Amendments to These Terms

ace 44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Players will be notified by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace 44's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ace 44 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the ace 44 customer support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. ace 44 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in Bangladesh.
